20. USFlaf-Habor.

National flags are raised acknowledging the country of origin of ships passing
under El Morro Fortress, the four-century old castle that guards the narrow
entrance to Havana Harbor. One of the habor masters holds an old, stained U.S.
flag that has not been raised for 40 years.
